中文摘要 | 鐵水矽含量為高爐重要爐熱指標之一,在穩定及降低矽含量之前提下,矽含量之 預測可做為爐操指引。本研究分別以爐熱計算及爐操變動理論建立兩種鐵水矽含量預測模式 ,並利用田口式分析手法,來調整模式之中之各項參數值,使模式預測結果的誤差值達到最 低。 所建立之模式現已在高爐上線應用, 評估使用結果, 各模式的預測準確度在誤差± 0.15 時約為 90%,在± 0.1 時約為 75%,而其標準偏差值都在 0.09 左右,各模式的使用 效果皆尚可接受,而其中以「爐熱 -NEXTa 」及「爐操 -NEXT1 」模式為較佳之選擇。 |
英文摘要 | The condition of a blast furnace can be estimated by assessing its heat level. As the furnace heat level is closely related to Si content in hot metal, if operators can get estimated value of this Si content as index of the furnace condition, they will be able to take steps for its stabilization. This work presents two models to estimate Si content in hot metal: the theoretical method based on theoretical coke temperature, and the statistical method based on actual Si content and its action. Besides, the parmeters of models are adjusted by using Taguchi Analytical Method. We have already programmed these two models to apply them for All CSC blast furnaces. |
