中文摘要 | 在本研究中以聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯( polyethylene terephthate, PET )為主體 , 利用間苯二甲酸與不飽和聚酯(乙二醇 + 順丁烯二酸酐)的引入,合成出具形狀記憶行 為的線性結構與交連結構聚酯。 利用熱微差分析儀( DSC )與 X 光繞射儀( XRD )進行 分子形態的鑑定,其結果發現,PET 特有的結晶行為已無法觀察到,試片皆呈現非晶態,而 高模數比的結果,使聚酯系形狀記憶行為對溫度變化有不錯的敏感度。另一方面,形狀記憶 黏彈模型的提出 -- 由兩組分別代表固定相及可逆相的 Maxwell 模型並聯組合, 以黏彈學 的觀點,進一步說明形狀記憶機構,以及固定相與可逆相的黏彈性質對形狀記憶效應的影響 。在利用 W.L.F. 方程式描述可逆相黏度與溫度的關係後,所求出的回復率及溫度關係曲線 ,與實驗值頗為符合。 |
英文摘要 | A series of shape memorized PET (polyethylene terephthate) were synthesized to study the shape memory behavior of them. PET was modified by introducing IPA to form the linear structure or unsaturated preopolyester (EG+AA+MAA) to form the crosslinked structure. All of these samples showed the amorphous state by studying with DSC and X-ray diffraction. The crystallization and crystal melting of PET were not found. And the samples with high modulus ratio would show excellent shape memory behavior. On the other hand, a modified memhanical-viscoelastic model with two Maxwell models in parallel was proposed to describe the shape memory behavior. Based on the view of viscoelasticity, the influence of the fixed phase and reversible phase on the shape memory effect was studied. The model could properly describe the mechanism of shape memory behavior, fixed and recovered the deformation. The W.L.F. equation was adopted to describe the relationship between the viscosity and temperature. And the recoverable ratio curve of model could fit the experimental data of recoverable ratio well. |
