中文摘要 | 本試驗之目的在探討不同劑量之氯四環素(CTC50、100、150ppm)、羥四環素(OTC50、 100、150ppm)對褐色菜鴨產蛋效果及蛋殘留量之影響。試驗共進行兩次,每次均分7個試驗處 理,每處理2重複,每重複組10隻,試驗動物為褐色產蛋菜鴨共140隻,於25週齡時逢機分配 至7個處理組,各組飼料粗蛋白質17.5%,ME 2750Kcal/kg,鈣3%,總磷0.6%。 試驗為期12週,試驗期間飼料及水予以任食,每五週測定體重變化及飼料消耗量,每天記錄產 蛋率及蛋重。停藥後第0、5、10天採各處理組之蛋試樣,分析其藥物殘留量。 結果顯示,添加CTC處理組均比對照組有較低之產蛋率,尤其是CTC 100ppm組,具有顯著較低 之產蛋率(P<0.05);相反地,添加OTC 50ppm組及添加OTC 100ppm組則有較高產蛋率之現像, 但差異不顯著(P>0.05)。蛋重方面,CTC 100ppm組具顯著較低之蛋重,而OTC 50ppm及OTC 150ppm組蛋重比對照組小(P<0.05)。本試驗添加不同濃度之CTC與OTC對採食量之刺激並無 功用,但在飼料換蛋率上則有卓越之表現。菜鴨於產蛋期體重變異,對照組為5.47%之產蛋失 重損失,而抗生素添加組均在0.18~3.74%間,比對照組體重損失率低。CTC和OTC各添加組在 停藥當天蛋中即無殘留量發現,故在本試驗之添加量下,並無任何停藥期。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigate egg production and residues of chlortetracycline (CTC) and oxytetracycline (OTC) in Tsai-Ya eggs. A total of 140 25-week-old Tsai-Ya ducks were randomly divided into seven treatments with two replicates. Each replicate consisted of 10 ducks. Three levels of CTC at 50, 100 and 150 ppm and three levels of OTC at 50, 100 and 150 ppm were supplemented in the basal diet. All dietary treatments were formulated with CP 17.5%, ME 2750 kcal/kg, Ca 3% and phosphorus 0.6%. The trial was sustained to twelve weeks. Feed was in mash form and water was given ad libitum. Individual body weight and feed consumption were measured on the every week basis, and egg production and egg weight were measured every day. The antibiotic residues in eggs were determined at 0, 5, 10 days after drugs withdrawal. Results showed that CTC treatments tended to have lower egg production and the CTC 100 ppm treatment had significant results (P<0.05). In Contrary, there was little improvement in egg production by adding OTC 50 ppm or OTC 100 ppm in diet. The egg weight was significantly lower than the control by adding CTC 100 ppm, OTC 50 ppm or OTC 150 ppm in the diet. In this experiment, there was no significant effect in feed consumption by adding any antibiotic in the diet, but the quantity of diet consumed per dozen egg decreased by adding antibiotics in the diet. During laying period, feeding a ration supplemented with antibiotics to Tsaiya duck, Resulted in weight loss of 0.18~3.74% and the control was 5.47%. Drug residues in eggs were not detected at the beginning of drug withdrawal. Therefore, it was not required to concern about withdrawal period. |
