中文摘要 | 工作滿足與離職意圖是組織管理上提及的兩個構念,過去十多年來,國內已有不 少論文涉及這兩個構念間關係的研究,然而一直缺少有系統地回顧。是以,本文主要目的即 在就相關文獻進行整合性之回顧評估。 經整合分析 (meta) 結果主要發現: (l)工作滿足與離職意圖間有著中度的負相關; (2)測量工具間之工作滿足與離職意圖相關程度沒有明顯的差異; (3)工作本身、報酬、升遷上的滿足較會影響離職意圖; (4)工作描述指數量表上顯示工作滿足與離職意圖的相關並不同質; (5) 測量工具間的一致性信度係數 (Cronbach α ) 沒有顯著地不同。 |
英文摘要 | In the last decade or so, many researches have worked on job satisfaction and turnover, two constructs discussed in the area of organization management. However, an integrated analysis of the relationships between these two has not been proposed up to the present. Thus, this paper aims to review the relevant analyses in the literature by the Meta method. Based on the available data, some major findings have been revealed: (i) the negative relationship of job satisfaction and turnover intention is moderate; (ii) the difference of the correlation between job satisfaction and turnover intention is not significant under different scales; (iii) among the reference frames of job descriptive index(JDI), the influences from work, salary, and promotion have greater strengths on turnover intention than those from others; (iv) evidences from JDI do not support the homogeneity of the relationship between job satisfaction and turnover intention. |
