英文摘要 | Taiwanese enterprises face gradually increasing foreign labors and how the put into practice the good stand personal resources of administration to become a challenge. The formalities of the research are how to carry out the human resources for the foreign labors to supervise and make companies' achievements and increase international competition abihties by Taiwan companies. The purpose of this paper, authors use motivation of hiring foreign labor, human resources management of foreign labor and idealistic model of economical effects of hiring foreign labor. Authors use empirical data to prove relationships between human resource management of foreign labor and economical effects of companies. From that relationship, author will suggest that basic concepts and tools to perform effective management of foreign labor by companies. |
