中文摘要 | 過去幾年中,許多高階濾波器已被提出,但是大部分利用電流傳輸器來合成的高 階濾波器,受限於複雜的設計過程,並擁有多餘的主動元件,此外由於寄生電容的效應,也 不適合高頻操作。本文中,我們採用線性轉換的技術,以電流傳輸器來合成高階濾波器,所 設計的濾波器擁有下列功能:利用查表法簡化設計過程、使用最少的主動元件、適合高頻操 作及保有 LC 濾波器低的靈敏度,為了驗證電路的特性,我們分別採用離散式及 CMOS 的電 流傳輸器來合成電路,實驗結果及 PSPICE 模擬結果,詳述於本文中。 |
英文摘要 | A method for the synthesis of double terminated lossless LC ladder filters employing second-generation current conveyors (CCIIs) is presented. This technique is realized via the linear transformation (LT), and it is suitable for high-order filter design. LT active filters have the advantages that we can realize every section of the original ladder prototype by using active elements individually. Bsed on the LT, two simple and systmeatic design tables are given to realize high-order active filters efficiently. Using the proposed design tables, the synthesized all-pole and elliptic filters employ minimum number of active elements and grounded capacitors. Moreover, high-grequency linear transformation elliptic filters with floating capacitors are also presented. As examples, third-order Chebychev lowpass and elliptic lowpass filters are realized. Experimental and simulation results are obtained to verify the theoretical analysis. |
