中文摘要 | 甲骨文有□、□字,各家釋為牢、□,於解形大抵一致,於釋義則各有見地,務求言而有徵。卜辭中牢、□為牲名,後世「□」字消失,只用「牢」字,而所謂「牢」或指養牲之所,或指祭祀、宴饗的成套用牲,或指牢固之意;蓋皆源自後代禮家之論,而更有「大牢」、「少牢」的區分,影響後人對卜辭牢、□字內涵的認知。本文考察《甲骨文合集》中牢、□字的記錄,就本題在刻辭中呈現的事實作說明、分析,本著斷代分期的基本立場,描述主題在各期應用的狀況,依祭祀的對象別、祭名、祭儀(用牲方式)、探求殷人用牢、□祭祀情形。文分三個重點: 一、關於牢、□字的釋形與釋義 二、關於各期用牢牲祭祀的狀況。 三、結論。 不成熟的意見,祈請方家指正。 |
英文摘要 | There were characters "□" and "□" in the oracle-bone scripture. Scholars almost consented to the analysis of form as cattle or sheep ranged in pens; nevertheless, they had different apprehensions (or standpoints) in definition, by all means of which was to assure that the definition was made sense and expounded on the basis of the classics. The meaning of "Lao" thus diverged as: (1) pen, (2) sacrifice, (3) security, originating from the grounds of the school of rites. These explanations, reversely, had influence on the essential recognition of Lao in the Shan Dynasty. This research thoroughly examines "Lao" collected in "Chia Ku Wen Ho Chi" 《甲骨文合集》, aiming to show the fact that what "Lao" was referred to as and how it was. Based on all records of "Lao" as well as other related materials, four issues were discussed as following: (1) In a general view of form about "Lao". (2) In a general view of definition about "Lao". (3) The amount of "Lao" in rites. (4) The fact of "Lao" used in Shan Dynasty. Also, issues drew in accordance with the subjects of worship, rites, the way of offering sacrifices and purpose of rites. Such a lot of evidences came to conclusions: (1) "Lao" means the sacrifice of cattle or sheep. (2) There was no eminent or humble difference between "□" and "□" (3) The character of "□" had been abolished since late Shan. |
