中文摘要 | 本研究分別建立以氣象因子及株高對盤固草酸洗纖維(ADF)、中洗纖維(NDF)及粗蛋白質(CP)含量之預測模式,並以獨立資料進行模式的驗證,提出對臺灣地區盤固草品質的預測或監控方式。利用氣象因子對ADF的預測方面,以15.5℃為基礎溫度之有效積溫(GDD15.5)為最重要的變因,加上日長因子後,迴歸式之R2為0.75(n=60),有效積溫取對數與否,其模式之R2並無差異。氣象因子對NDF迴歸之R2較低。GDD15之自然對數與日長對蛋白質含量預測的R2為0.72,剩餘機差亦低。株高對ADF迴歸之R2可達0.78,但剩餘機差高於以氣象因子建立之迴歸式。株高對NDF迴歸之R2低於以氣象因子所建立者。CP方面,株高所建立的迴歸之R2與氣象因子所建立者相當,但剩餘機差較大。本研究進一步對所建立之8個模式以獨立資料進行驗證。氣象因子方面,ADF預測值對實測值之迴歸係數及截距分別與1及0差異不顯著,預測式偏差(RMSP)低,預測值平均與實測值平均接近,表ADF的預測完全正確;CP預測之驗證雖斜率及截距有偏差產生,但RMSP低,且預測值平均與實測值平均之差距極小,表示在此範圍內之預測仍為可行;NDF驗證之迴歸係數及截距亦均有顯著偏差且RMSP高,預測值平均與實測值平均之差異較大,顯示NDF含量預測之模式尚需修正。以株高所建立的對ADF、NDF及CP的預測式經驗證結果,其準確度均低於以氣象因子所建立之預測式。 |
英文摘要 | In order to provide an alternative way for monitoring the quality change of pangolagrass (Survenola, Digitaria X umifolia), the equations for predicting the contents of acid-detergent fiber (ADF), neutral-detergent fiber (NDF) and crude protein (CP) were developed based on both climatic factors and plant height. The developed equations were tested by the observed data. Among the climatic factors, the growth degree day (GDD), GDD15.5 (15.5℃ as base temperature) was the most important variable for predicting ADF content. The determination coefficient (R2) of the equation developed with both GDD 15.5 and day length was 0.75 (n=60). No difference for R2 of this equation was observed when GDD was replaced by In GDD. The R2 of the equation developed with climatic factor for predicting NDF content was low. The R2 of the equation developed with In GDD 15 and day length for predicting CP content was 0.72 and the root mean square error (RMSE) was low. The R2 of the equation developed with plant height for predicting ADF content was 0.78, but the RMSE was higher than that based on climatic factors. The R2 of the equation developed with plant height for predicting NDF content was lower than that developed with climatic factors. The R2 of the equation developed with plant height for predicting CP content was equal to that developed with climatic factors, but the RMSE of the former was higher than that of the latter. The eight equations developed were also tested by observed data. The coefficient and intercept of the linear regression between predicted and observed values of ADF developed with climatic factors were not significantly different from 1 and 0, respectively. It showed that the regression to predict ADF content was correct. Those of CP and NDF contents were significantly different from 1 and 0, respectively. However, small difference was observed between predicted and observed values of CP with low root mean square error of prediction (RMSP). The equation developed for predicting NDF content was needed further calibration. The equations developed with plant height for predicting ADF, NDF and CP contents were less accurate than those developed with climatic factors. |
