中文摘要 | 目前電熱控制系統採用的方法,有相位控制與零交越控制兩種,本文針對兩 者的原理與方法及問題深入探討後,提出以微電腦零場控制法來改善其缺失,且研製硬 體電路與軟體控制程式來實驗證明之。文中以零交越控制法為基礎,用平均功率模式來 取代責任週期模式;並使用反相對稱原理、約分法、補償法、分配補償法等原理與方法, 來分析以得到資料,最後利用微電腦整合的功能,以軟體控制程式來作資料的分析、判 斷及處理。經由實際實驗所得測試結果,確可改善干擾、非直線性、交叉失真、輸出功 率極不平均及時效較差等問題。 |
英文摘要 | Phase Control and zero cross control are two generally used methods for heat control systems. In this thesis, We mainly study the principle, method and problems of these control systems, and improve thetraditional disadvantages by the microcomputer zero field control heatsystem. In this paper, We have developed circuit systems and controlprograms to prove it in experiment. On the basis of zero cross controlmethod, we replace the duty cycle model by the average power model,and analyze experimental data by using the principle of out-phaseequivalent criterion, reduction of a fraction method, compensation anddistributed compensation method. Finally ,the application of the micro-computer combination and the developed control programs are used tocarry out data analysis, justice and process. The experimental datahave shown that the problems of signal interference, nonlinear, crossover distortion, nonuniform power output and inaccurate timing areactually improved. |
