中文摘要 | 本研究主要目的是探討使用球型端銑刀加工自由曲面時,影響切削力變異的切削參數,並利用統計方法建立切削參數與切削力間之數學模式。本研究採用實驗規劃法之反應曲面法和田口法為基礎規劃實驗配置。實驗數據將進行變異數分析以判定影響切削力變異之顯著因子以及建立模式之適用性。本研究採用正歸分析的二階數學模式建立球型端銑刀之銑削力學模式,以期能在不同的切削條件下預測切削力之大小。分析結果顯示影響切削力之顯著因子依序為軸向切深、主軸轉速、位置角和進給。且由實驗驗證結果顯示,本數學模式具有良好的適用性。最後運用最佳化的法則,探討在本研究所考慮之切削範圍內搜尋最佳切削條件,以提供加工者選擇切削條件之參考。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this research is to investigate what kind of cutting parameters would affect the milling forces, when we use the ball-end milling cutter to machine the free-form surfaces. And then utilizing the statistical method to model the mathematical relationship between cutting parameters and milling forces. In this study, the experimental design is adopted to plan the experiment. In the experimental design, the matrix is planned by means of Response Surface Methodology and Taguchi Method. Firstly, the experimental results which are analyzed by the analysis of variance can be practiced to assess the prominence among experimental factors. And then utilizing a second-order mathematical model, which is called canonical analysis, to establish the milling forces model of ball-end milling cutter. It is anticipated that the model is able to predict milling forces over a wide variety of cutting conditions. The experimental results show that those significant factors, which will affect the milling forces, are in sequence to be the axial depth of cut, spindle speed, position angle and finally the feed rate. The model is also proved in good agreement with experimental results. Finally, an optimum method is adopted to search the optimal cutting conditions in the process of machining free-form surfaces. These results are to provide the process planner with a guidance in selecting machining conditions. |
