中文摘要 | 在過去十餘年來,以資訊科技來支援團隊合作.是資訊管理的研究重點之一。國外 在此方面的研究已獲得相當的成果。本研究有二個目的。第一,整合群體支援系統與 Michelsen的團隊學習方法,以發展一套支援團隊學習的群體輔助學習系統。第二,採用實 驗室實證法來驗証此系統是否能改善團隊學習的效率與效能。一共有六十六名某國立大學管 理學院的學生參與實驗。有效樣本為四十八名,一共進行八次的重複實驗(每一團隊有三名組 員)。自變數為「群體輔助學習系統J,五個應變數分別為平等參與度、過程滿意度、結果滿 意度、討論時間及學習績效。資料分析顯示,群體輔助學習系統能夠提昇學生的平等參與度, 其他的假設則不顯著。本論文針對實驗的結果,提出後續的研究方向,供從事此方面研究的 的學者作為末來研究參考。 |
英文摘要 | Over the past ten years, the use of information technologies to support group activities is one of the major research issues in the area of Management Information Systems. A lot of research has been conducted and achieved many significant results. The purpose of this study is twofold. One is to integrate the in-house developed Group Supported System into the Michelsen team learning approach. The other is to conduct an empirical study to investigate the efficacy of this system. A total of sixty-six subjects were in this study. The independent variable is to use (or not to use) Group Supported Learning System (GSLS). The dependent variables are equality of participation, satisfaction of learning processes and outcomes, learning outcomes, and discussion time. The results indicated that the use of GSLS is able to improve equality of participation, but other hypotheses were not significant. |
