英文摘要 | Although most people agree with the idea that sexual harassment in the workplace exists and it should be avoided, it is difficult to apply fairly the law because not everyone coincides in the concept of sexual harassment by itself and what the behavior of employers, victims, and harassers should be. This study, from the viewpoint of HRM, comprehensively reviewed the current issues on sexual harassment and identified what needed to be done to insure that the workplace is free from sexual harassment. Also discussed are, for instance, the need for awareness, education, training, strategies for prevention, policies for handling complaints, penalty structures, and periodic review. |
