中文摘要 | 本文針對垂直陀螺儀與速率陀螺儀測試需求,進行二軸陀螺儀動態平臺控制規劃 及設計,在不添加額外設備條件下,配合自動測試系統達到自動化測試之目的。測試過程中 完全自動化,節省人力成本,減少測試時間,提升測試品質。動態平臺之控制程式功能、架 構、流程、人機介面及通訊系統,皆自行研發,符合模組化設計觀念,有利未來自動測試系 統之維修、擴充及其他測試之應用。 |
英文摘要 | This paper presents the control of a 2-axis dynamic table and interfacing with automatic test equipment (ATE) system for testing the vertical gyro and the rate gyro. The 2-axis dynamic table can be programmed and receives the command from ATE to perform tests automatically without additional equipment. This test system runs tests faster, is more consistent, lowers the skill level of the operator, experiences fewer errors, and reduces the cost of test. It is designed by using modularization concept and standard instrument bus. This proposed control approach for 2-axis dynamic table is designed to be user friendly and allows the operator to efficiently solve the problem in the ATE. |
