中文摘要 | 本篇論文所探討的語音合成是屬於波形編輯方式,採用期頻模式(Pitch Patterns ) 來控制語音波形,以合成任意文章。本文利用一個週期區間的語音波形為基本單位,配合 自然語音基頻模式的合成規則,便可合成出流暢的句子。語音合成的頻驟為先合成字,再合 成詞,而後合成一口氣可達之段落,最後合成完整的句子。 字的合成分為三類 (1) 單韻母 (2) 雙韻母 (3) 聲母 + 韻母。處理單韻母時,利用第四聲基頻範圍最廣的特性,保留所有 的語音週期波,以這些週期波為基本合成單元,再搭配合成規則,合成該字。處理雙韻母時 ,音的首尾部份以單韻母的方式處理,而中間連續變化的部份,則完全保留。複韻母、聲隨 韻母 (鼻音 )、捲舌韻母 (ㄦ ) 與結合韻的部份以雙韻母的方式處理。處理聲母 + 韻母時 ,只要保留聲母及少數銜接韻母的波形,而韻母部份則依照前兩類處理。本系統的語音資料 庫僅需 2 M Bytes 左右。 實驗依照合成的頻驟分別進行,依聽取實驗的結果,確實可合成 出流暢的句子。 |
英文摘要 | In this paper, we discuss a type of synthesis by compilation of speech waveforms. In order to synthesize any articles, we need control speech waveforms with pitch patterns. We propose a novel method, which are the features of the fourth tone with wide range of pitch frequency, to obtain the various pitch periods of natural speech waveforms, instead of interpolation or decimation of natural speech waveforms. Thus, we take a pitch period of natural speech waveforms as basic unit, combining with synthesis rules of rhythm of natural speech, to synthesize sentences. In order to synthesize a complete sentence, we divide it into four steps. The first step of synthesis is word, the second is a phrase, the third is an inspiration, finally synthesizes a complete sentence. Synthesis of words included (i)vowel (ii)diphthong (iii)consonant with vowel. the processing of vowel, we utilize the features of the fourth tone with wide range of pitch frequency, and retain all of the periodical speech waveforms for basically syntactic units. The processing of idphthong, we prseerve the parts of acutely changed waveforms in the middle, then process others as vowel. The processing of consonant with vowel, we need retain consonants and a little parts of adjacent waveform of vowel, then imitate others as the above two classes. The databases of this system need about 2 M Bytes only. The results of listening tests show that it could really synthesize sentences with fluency. |
