中文摘要 | 線切割放電加工的一次加工為成形加工,加工速度自然成為總加工時間之重要因素,故追求速度之突破已然為線割機相關研究之重點。決定線割機速度因素之一者為放電電源,放電電源系統必須即時地輸入放電間隙適當的能量進行加工,避免加工中發生銅黏貼及斷線現象。為避免銅黏貼及斷線之現象下進行高速加工,放電必須符合如放電波寬小於5 us、三角形之放電電流波形、放電迴路導通延遲小於350 ns、承庫電流峰值應具伸展性等條件。為滿足以上條件,本文提出RRC及電壓限止式兩種放電迴路,配合以上導通快、承載大的條件,本文以並聯之場效電晶體,配合使用所提之兩種迴路進行電路模擬及實驗分析。本文經模擬及實驗分析之結果,電壓限止式放電迴路適用於線切割放電加工機的高速加工,將可整合放電控制系統,完成放電電源,進行高速加工之應用研究。 |
英文摘要 | Cutting speed is the most important factor for less working time in the first cut of wire-cut EDM, the discharging unit is one of the major units having big influence to the cutting speed. To avoid the phenomenon of the copper stickign and wire breakage in the high speed cutting, the discharging unit is supposed to input appropriated energy into the gap between the electrodes in real time. It is found in this paper, the discharging circuit is needed to be satisfied with the requirements such as the discharging current pulse is with triangular waveform, the pulse width less than 5 us、the on time is less than 350 ns、the rated current is expandable. To satisfy these conditions, RRC type and voltage sinking type two discharging circuits has been proposed, the simulations and implementations has been carried out in this paper. It is found the volage sinking type has better result for application to the hihg speed cutting, and the parallel operation of MOSFET matches the requirements of small on time and expandable rated current. |
