中文摘要 | 養豬廢水在處理流程中,設備與管道常因磷酸銨鎂結晶而形成結垢,導致流量受 阻及曝氣量不足等困擾。本試驗旨在能減少結晶與結垢,解決管道堵塞問題,使養豬廢水處理 將更具有效率。試驗結果如下:養豬廢水處理設備形成結晶與結垢之原因及狀況為:曝氣糟廢 水之溶氧濃度達0.5mg/l以上時開始結晶,濃度愈高,結晶愈嚴重;SV30,在30%以下時開始 結晶,濃度愈低,結晶愈嚴重;pH在7.37以上開始結晶,值愈高,結晶愈嚴重。結晶與結垢 之消除方法:降低曝氣槽廢水之酸鹼度在pH7.37以下,故應減少養豬場鹼片之使用量,一萬 頭型養豬場每月勿超過130kg為宜;進料濃度增加,以增加曝氣糟中之有效污泥濃度,使MLSS 維持在3,500~4,500mg/l之間,且SV30在30%以上;EC在3.0 dS/m以上;加大鼓風機馬力使 曝氣池中曝氣量加大;已結晶後之繩索使用鹽酸並添加胺類抑制劑,可將結晶溶解且不會傷到 繩索及鐵管。 |
英文摘要 | Due to the crystallization of MgNH4PO4, scale adheres on the surface of pipes and equipment during the process of pig wastewater treatment. As a result, the volume of flow will be blocked up and the treating efficiency will be decreased. The purpose of this experiment focused on resolving these problems. The experimental results are summarized as follows: In the aeration tank, the crystallization was initiated at 0.5mg/i of the dissolved oxygen (DO), pH value at 7.37 whereas the more serious crystallization formed the DO above 5 .0~6.9 mg/l and ph value above 7.37. However, the 30 minute sludge volume rate (SV30) was below 30 %, the crystallization was initiated whereas more serious crystallization formed the lower concentration of SV30. To solve the problem of either scale or crystal formation on treatment equipment, mix hydrochloric acid with amine as a cleaning solution Experimental results suggested that the problems of scale and crystal formation in the aeration tanks can be reduced as follows: 1. adjusting the pH value below 7.37; 2. decreasing usage of caustic soda on pig farms to 130 kg/month/10,000 pigs; 3. keeping mixed liquor suspended solids (MLSS) around 3,500 ~ 4,500 mg/l, SV30 above 30%, and electric conductivity (EC) above 3.0 dS/m; and 4. Increasing the power of the blowing machine to expand aeration volume. |
