英文摘要 | Three experiments were conducted to determine the efficacy of Aureo SP-500 (ASP-500) and Aurofac-60 as a growth promotant for baby and growing pigs, respectively. In Exp 1, 54, 28 d-old, averaging 7.6 kg baby pigs were fed unmedicated baby basal diets containing ASP-500 0.125, 0.187, or 0.250%. In Exp. 2, 72, 28 d-old, averaging 8.1 kg baby pigs were fed diets containing ASP-500 0.185, ASP-500 0.125% +Aurofac-60 0.063% (increasing CTC HCI level to 200 ppm), Mecadox 0.05% or 0.1%. In Exp 3, 64, growing pigs (18kg BW) were fed unmedicated growing basal diets with 0, 0.05, 0.1, or 0.15 % Aurofac-60 (equal to containing CTC HCI 0, 70, 140, and 210 ppm, respectively from 18 to 60 kg BW. Diets and water were available for ad libitum consumption. In Exp. 1, overall average daily gain (ADG) responded quadratically (p<0.05) with increasing level of ASP-500. Maximum growth was observed at 0.185 %. ADG and feed conversion (FC) were improved 15 % and 3.2%, respectively. In Exp. 2, the response of ASP-500 0.125% +Aurofac-60 0.063% in overall ADG and FC was similar to that of adding ASP-500 0. 185 % or Mecadox 0.05 % alone. In Exp. 3, both ADG and average daily feed intake (ADFD displayed a quadratical response (p <0.05); the maximum response was seen at 101 and 85 ppm of CTC .HCl, respectively (improved ADG 6.34% and ADFI 5.94%). However, the optimal level of 140 ppm was required for decreasing morbidity, while FC tended to improve linearly with increasing supplemental CTC HCI (p = 008). |
