Lawrence 著書” effort “為動作的心理基礎提供理論性的依據, Laban 的學生 Irmgard Bartenieff 發揚 其動作系統,創紐約 Laban/Bartenieff 學院,為動作、心理兩者間建立觀察的技術。「舞 蹈動作治療」為心理治療的一環,而「情境治療」為「舞蹈動作治療」諸多技巧之一。「舞 蹈動作治療」所包含的理論涵蓋有:心理學、動作學、行為科學、人類學,等。以現在逐漸 開放的社會,事事強調自我意識、自我成長的環境中,「舞蹈動作治療」也漸漸的走出醫院 ,成為社區性的「人際溝通」課程之一。文中分三部分,首先,敘述學員和英國拉邦舞蹈學 院的舞蹈教授、兼治療師 Bachel Melrille,Thomas 女士互動的情形, 說明活動其實在反 應心性及心理,其次,簡介舞蹈動作治療的理論基礎,並說明「情境治療」中如何應用理論 ,最後,提出簡單的繪圖法,讓治療師檢驗自己的「動作眼光」。 |
英文摘要 | Using one example in the "international dance theory and technique workshop", this paper illustrates the interactive situation between the therapist and the patient. It also explains the implied psychological meaning of mental state, movement in the process of the dance movement therapy (DMT). The strong connection between the psyche and movement had been establisehed. Its application in the clinic is first made by Marian Chace (1896-1970) in the St. Eliazbeth Hospital, Washington USA. In 1947, rudolf laban and F.c. lawrence published their book "effort" that built a concrete theoretical basis for DMT. Irmgard Bartenieff as a student of Laban, built the Laban/ Bartenieff Institute in New York. The study in the Institute provides so many observation techniques between movement and psyche. DMT belongs to one part of the psychological treatment, and the state therapy is one of many therapeutic techniques of DMT. The theory of DMT is mainly Consists of psychology, movement theory, behavior science, and anthology etc. When our society becomes more open, and self-conscious or self-growing become more and more popular, DMT will be walking out of the hospital, and as one course of "inter-relationship (or social) communication.". This paper composed of three parts 1) Idescribe the interaction between the Mr. Rachel Melrille, Thomas (who is a professor and therapist in the Laban Dance Institute in English), and students in class. Through the interaction, the class also explains the truth that movements actually reflect the humanities and the mental activities. (2) I briefly introduce the theoretical basis of DMT, and talk about the usage of Laban theory in DMT. (3) I show the simply graphical method in examining the ken of movement of himself (or herself) for the therapist. |
