中文摘要 | 本研究之主要目的,為探討師院教育學分班學生、大學部學生、和國小在職教師 等,任教意願之差異情形。本研究採用之工具,為研究者自編之「國小任教意願問卷」。研 究樣本,共計 426 人。研究結果如下: 一、性別差異方面:除「工作意義與境環」此項因素,不因性別的不同,而產生顯著差異情 形外,其它因素可因性別的不同,而產生顯著差異情形,亦即女性教師任教意願高於男性教 師。 二、類別差異方面:師院教育學分班學生、大學部學生、和國小在職教師等三類別的受試者 ,對國小任教的意願,呈現出顯著差異情形,且師院教育學分班學生之任教意願高於其他兩 類別的教師。 三、性別與類別交互作用方面:本問卷之「工作性質與待遇」此一因素和整體的任教意願, 可因受試者之性別與類別的不同,而產生顯著交互作用情形。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigate the differences of teaching willingness among the educational program's students, teachers colleges's students and elementary school teachers. 426 subjects were participated in this study and were given self-developed "Teaching Willingness" questionnaire. In the analysis of this data, mehtods such as Factor Analysis, two-factors ANOVA, T test, Scheffe test were used to analyze or generalize the related information and data. The major findings were: 1. There were significant on gender and groups interaction effect. 2. The total female subjects perceived higher teaching willingness than the total male subjects. 3. The educational program's students perceived the highest teaching willingness among the three different types of groups. |
