中文摘要 | 田間生長的雜交高梁臺中5號於孕穗期淹水五天,排水後定期測定劍葉及上位莖稈 ATP和ADP含量,結果顯示淹水植株劍葉ATP含量明顯較低,約為對照組的45%,能 量價亦較低,顯示淹水植種劍葉維持生理活性所需的能量不足;而淹水後植種上位莖稈 的能量價則於排水後有較低的趨勢,推測對光合產物的運轉能力會受到影響。此外,[U- �釮]sucrose標定於孕穗期淹水處理植株劍葉,測定�釮在植株各部位分配比率,發現淹水 處理後[U-�釮]sucrose自劍葉輸出能力減少,光合產物由劍葉運轉至穗的路徑亦可能受到 抑制,不過這種抑制作用隨著子粒發育而逐漸減少。 |
英文摘要 | After a 5-day waterlogging at booting stage of field grown sorghum plant cv. Hybrid Taichung 5, the ATP content and energy charge of the flag leaf were 45% lowered significantly than that of the check. Results indicated that energy could not be enough to maintain physiological activity of the flag leaf. Also the decreasing tendency of energy charge of the upper culm after drainage might suggested that ability of photosynthate translocation be inhibited. In addition, according to the results of [U- �� C] sucrose-labeled experiment, it was showed that [U- �� C] sucrose export from flag leaf was reduced after waterlogging treatment. The pathway of photosynthate translocation from flag leaf to panicle might be inhibited, but the inhibition was reduced gradually with growth and development of grain. |
