中文摘要 | 在產品開發設計過程中製造性評估是一項非常重要之作業,因為製造性評估隱含 了材料以外的成本評估。 本研究應用權重灰關聯度( Weighted Grey Relational Grade, WGRG )法,作為機械設計方案在製造性( manufacturability )考慮時之決策方法。這種 方法除了適用於機械元件之設計方案評選,也可應用至概念設計方案之製造性評估。此外, ,本文亦提出系統化之主客觀推理( Intrinsic-Extrinsic Reasoning Approach, IERA ) 法,藉以淬取設計方案之系統特徵,供製造性分析用。最後利用兩個工程實例說明本文所提 方法之應用,其結果顯示對設計方案評選具實用價值。 |
英文摘要 | This paper presents an approach of the decision making about mechanical system. Among the candidates the decision is chosen followed the Weighted Grey Relational Grade ( WGRG ) method. During the process, the manufacturability is under taken all the time from the conceptual design stages to detail design stages. Moreover, we survey the critical issues in manufacturability estimation based on Intrinsic-Extrinsic Reasoning Approach ( IERA ) which is a systematic method for design information obtained. In final, there are two examples to demonstrate the practical use of proposed methodology. |
