中文摘要 | 本調查以高雄市開設有合作式國中技藝教育班之「餐飲製作班」的四所高中(職) 為研究對象,針對學生和老師進行意見調查。結果顯示就讀「餐飲製作班」後,學生在建立 泊信心上有相當大的幫助,惟家長、導師及任課老師在對國中技藝教育方案的瞭解程度,和 鼓勵學生進入餐飲製作班的態度上,尚有值得加強努力之處。此外,有關學生畢業後的升學 進路管道,無論是學生,老師或家長也都須要再多加宣導與溝通。 |
英文摘要 | This study was to assess the Skill Education Collaboration Program in junior high school. The teachers and students in the Food and Beverage Production Class of four vocational high schools in Kaohsiung were selected as the respondents. It was found that students have built self-confidence through this class, but parents, student counselors, and teachers still have to make efforts to understand more about the collaboration program as well as to encourage junior high school students to enter the foo erage production class. In addition, student, tutors and parents need to interact and communicate more about the channel to advanced studies while students finish this level of education. |
