中文摘要 | 混凝土材料在澆置完成後,需適宜之振動以達密實之效果,然而振動實際效益及 理論如何並不清晰。為探討振動對新拌及硬固混凝土材料性質之影響,並詮釋振動效應,本 文所探討的振動基因包括:振動時間、再振動時機、加壓振動之影響。結果顯示:在適當時 間,對混凝土材料輸入適當振動能量,可提昇抗壓強度。再振動可使漿體浮水重新分佈、塑 性收縮裂縫閉合,因此適時再振動可提昇混凝土強度,加壓振動則適用於低水灰比混凝土預 鑄構件。 |
英文摘要 | Concrete material after placement needs adequate vibration to achieve a better consolidation. However, its actual beneficial effect and the associated the material properties of fresh and harden concrete, and explain the vibrating effects the vibrating variables studied in this paper include the vibration duration, revibration timing and effect of pressed vibration. Results indicate that at proper timing, adequate vibration energy input in the concrete material will increase the compressive strength. Revibration will make the bleeding water in cement ofpaste redistributed and plastic shrinkage cracking closed. Therefore, adequate revibration can improve the strength of concrete, and pressed vibration is applicable to the precast concrete structures with low water-to-cement ratio. |
