中文摘要 | 本文描述一些國內自製之鉛心橡膠支承墊之擬靜態及動態試驗結果。 關於應變大 小、鉛心束制及橡膠硬度等因素對鉛心橡膠支承墊之擬靜態遲滯特性的影響,將藉由三個大 型支承墊的擬靜態試驗來加以探討。另外,本研究亦藉由振動台試驗來探討兩組小型鉛心橡 膠支承墊之動力遲滯特性,並包含溫度、頻率及方向性等因素的影響。根據試驗結果顯示, 動態遲滯迴圈在較大應變時會呈現軟化現象,惟在數次反覆迴圈之後將趨於穩定。鉛心橡膠 支承墊受低溫的影響將使得特性強度及非彈性勁度增加,而頻率之增加則僅使得特性強度增 加。另外,根據試驗觀察,方形支承墊兩個主要方向的遲滯特性並未存在明顯的差異。 |
英文摘要 | The results of quasi-static and dynamic tests for lead-rubber bearings (LRB) are presented in this paper. Three large scale bearings used for the quasi-static tests are designed to study the hysteresis characteristics including the effects of strain level, lead-core confinement and rubber hardness. Besides, shaking table tests are conducted for a bridge deck supported by two sets of small scale bearings to study the dynamic hysteresis including the frequency, temperature and directional effects. Strength softening and inelastic stiffness degradation are observed from the measured hysteresis loops at a high shear strain. However, the loops tend to be stabilized after a few repeated cycles. The effect of frequency is limited to the increase of characteristic strength while a low temperature may increase both the characteristic strength and inelastic stiffness of the bearings. The dynamic hysteresis loops remain essentially unchanged when the bearings are strained separately in two primary directions. |
