中文摘要 | 本文旨在介紹乾拌/蒸汽混凝土的製造工法及材料配比、壓蒸條件與試體尺寸對 混凝土強度及水化程度等性質的影響。 研究結果顯示,每立方公尺混凝土使用 250~475 公 斤水泥及砂石的乾拌料, 以 180~200 ℃壓蒸 15~30 小時,可獲得抗壓強度為 49~84.4MPa 的混凝土。尤其以低水泥含量 (250kg/m �� ) 的乾拌料,也能製得平均強度為 59.9MPa 的 混凝土。但在相同壓蒸條件下,當試試尺寸較大則蒸汽不易滲內內部,導致中心區之水化程 度較低而使混凝土強度低落。故本工法與傳統濕拌法比較,具有節省水泥用量、縮短硬固時 間以及提高混凝土強度等優點;但當試體尺寸大於 10cm 時,則應對蒸汽滲入乾拌料體的方 法再作改良。 |
英文摘要 | This paper presents a new concrete manufacture technology called the dry-mix/steam-injection method, The material proportion, steam condition and sample sizes, etc., can affect the compressive strength and the degree of hydration of concrete. The test results show that by exposing the dry mixture with 250 to 475kg cement per cubic meter in the 180 ℃ to 200 ℃ steam for 15 to 30 hours, the concrete can develop a strength from 49 to 84.4 MPa by this method. Also, a concrete with a compressive strength of 59.9MPa can be produced by steaming dry mixtures with low cement dosage of 250kg. For specimens of larger size, the permeation of steam particles into the inner portions of dry mixtures is slower and more difficult. This decreases the hydration degree of the inner portion and the strength of concrete. To conclude, the newly developed dry-mix/steam-injection method has the advantage of less cement consumption, shorter hardening time, and higher concrete strength than th ewet-mix method. The steam permeation of dry mixture needs further studies for concrete of size larger than 10cm. |
