中文摘要 | 依據歷史記錄,屏東縣琉球鄉一直是登革熱(dengue)流行病發生的危險地區,本文報告自1989年四月起至1998年一月近十年間,該地區病媒斑蚊之監測與防治的工作 與成果。長期監測結果指出, 琉球鄉八村分年幼蟲布氏指數由1989年最高的杉福村之61.9,至1997年降為各村布氏指數3.3﹣6.8,而全鄉斑蚊每年平均幼蟲指數之發生則呈負向指數成長模式的趨勢。天福、中福與本福三村遲至1996年起,平均布氏指數才降至5-6,此與這些村之地理位置、人口密集、孳生源仍多、甚至從事商業活動之生活習性均有關係。 就月份而言,八月為琉球鄉全年病媒斑蚊發生之最高峰, 而採集之埃及斑蚊(Aedes aegypti(L.))與白線斑蚊( edes albopictus( Skuse))中,除1989年埃及斑蚊佔兩種斑蚊之52.6%外,其他年份琉球鄉之埃及斑蚊發生比率均相對低於白線斑蚊,尤其 1992、1997兩年琉球鄉全年平均埃及斑蚊比率僅分別為11.9%與11.0%。埃及斑蚊在八個村的分布差異甚大,例如十年來埃及斑蚊在中福與本福村兩村之年平均比率則一直偏高,分別為60.4%及57.1%,此說明近港口的該二村其主要病媒種類為埃及斑蚊。由設置的誘蚊產卵器採集之斑蚊產卵量得知,六至十月間各村每單位誘得之平均卵數較高,而平均誘集產卵量則顯著( p<0.05)相關於琉球鄉每月之住宅指數與容器指數,因此可借斑蚊當月平均產卵量進行幼蟲發生消長的推估。以琉球鄉自 1988年起發生之登革熱確定病例對幼蟲布氏指數作迴歸分析,則可推測在該鄉若有一位登革熱確定病例發生,理論上其幼蚊孳生布氏指數需達10.4以上。 |
英文摘要 | Liuchiu of Pingtung county, according to the historical records, is always recognized as an epidemic area of dengue fever. The results of surveillance and control of dengue vectors in this islet during a decade of 1989 to 1998 are reported herein. The larval relative density, detected by Breteau index (BI), decreased from 1989 with BI as high as 61.9 in Shan Fu through 1998 with 3.3-6.8 BI in all eight villages. The yearly mean density of vector mosquitoes in Liuchiu grew negatively in these ten years. However, for the reasons of location, crowd peoople, many breeding sources and commercial activities, the BI of Tian Fu, Chung Fu and Pen Fu villages didn't descend to 5-6 until 1996. Peak of vectors occurrence varied in different month with the highest peak in August. In whole Liuchiu islet, Aedes aegypti (L.) was 52.6% in all collected Aedes species in 989, and was less than the mean percentage of Aedes albopictus (Skuse) in other years. Especially, Ae. aegypti was only 11.9% and 11.0% of all vector mosquitoes of this islet in 1992 and 1997, respectively. The proportion of Ae. aegypti also significantly varied in eight villages, for example it was keeping as high as 60.4% in Chung Fu and 57.1% in Pen Fu during the ten years. The eggs production (per ovitrap per day) of Aedes mosquitoes was peaking from June through October. It was significantly correlated to monthly house index (r[2]=0.6627, F[1.8] = 19.6453, p<0.05) and container index (r[2]=0.7003, F[1.8]=23.3691, p<0.01). Basing on the regression of dengue cases and BI since 1988, the 10.4 of BI, theoretically, should be detected for at least one dengue case emergence in Liuchiu. |
