英文摘要 | The basic principle of the process is to separate liquefied air into its various components by using the different boiling points of these compnents: oxygen, nitrogen, argon. The technique of ALC (Automatic Load Change) is to calculate target values of key process control factors including air inlet flow, cold requirement (turbine flow), Tramplur by-pass air flow for the desired operating point decided by products requirement and then perform the change by automatic and simultaneous transition of all the relevant process variables from current values to the target values via instrument and control system. Oxygen plant NO.6 and NO.7 units use ALC system, the contents of this text is to introduce NO.6 unit. |
