中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討人參皂��Rc 對人類精子活動力的體外效應。精液樣本依世界衛生 組織所訂定之精液分析標準,精子濃度每西西大於兩千萬隻,活動力大於 50%,始列為研究 對象,共收集有 20 個病例。實驗分空白精液組,Percoll 對照組和人參皂��,人參皂��分 0.1mg/ml、 0.01mg/ml 和 0.001mg/ml 等三種濃度, 然後用美國漢彌爾頓電腦輔助精液分 析儀 (HTM-2030) 觀察人參皂��在 20 分鐘,1 小時,2 小時與 24 小時,對精子「活動力 」與「前進活動力」的影響。 結果顯示,人參皂��組與 Percoll 組對正常人類精子「活動 力」的促進作用, 於 20 分鐘, 1 小時, 2 小時和 24 小時均顯著優於空白精液組。 與 Percoll 組比較,人參皂��組於 2 小時增進精子活動力顯著優於 Percoll 組。對精子「前 進活動力」的促進作用,人參皂組於 2 小時,亦顯著優於 Percoll 組 (P<0.001)。因此人 參皂�� Rc 當可提供為體外精子培養液刺激劑的參考,期在人工生殖科技中進一步研究。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of the study was to investigate the effects of Ginsenoside Rc on human sperm motility in vitro. Semen samples were collected from 20 patients with a sperm motility over 50%, the sperm count was over 20 × 10 �� /ml in accordance with World Heath Organization standard. The data of Ginsenoside Rc group, Percoll group and blank group on sperm motility and progression were performed by computer assisted semen analysis. The results demonstrated that the promotion of Ginsenoside group and percoll group increased the sperm motility was a significantly superior to the blank group at 20 minute, 1hr, 2 hrs and 24 hrs. Compared to the Percoll group, the Ginsenoside group treated at 2 hrs had a significantly enhanced the sperm motility than the Percoll group. In this study, the mean data of sperm progression in the Ginsenoside group treated at 2 hrs showed an increase significantly different form the Percoll group. In the conclussion, the Ginsenoside Rc may be offering as a stimulator in the semen incubated media in vitro and was expected to further investigation on artificial reproductive technology. |
