中文摘要 | 根據「精血同源,血能化精」的中醫理論,本實驗以清朝王清任醫林改錯書中之 著名活血化瘀三種方劑,觀察其對人類活動力不足精子的體外強精效應。精液樣本根據世界 衛生組織( WHO )之精液分析標準,以電腦輔助精液分析儀,分析精子的活動力; 精子的 活動力小於百分之五十,而精子濃度每西西兩千萬隻以上者,列為本研究的對象,總計搜集 了十九個病例。實驗分組,三種方劑溶液為實驗組,包括血腑逐瘀湯、膈下逐瘀湯和少腹逐 瘀湯,每個方劑溶液分 1.0,0.1 和 0.01mg/ml 等三種濃度,對照組分未加任何藥之精液組 與加 F-10 溶液之精液組。 實驗結果, 三種方劑溶液對精子「活動力」不足的體外強精效應,多在實驗 120 分鐘 時出現顯著的強精作用,且在精子「前進活動力」方面,包括精子游動線性指標比值和精子 游動路徑常態速率均有促進作用,因此推測本實驗三種活血化瘀方劑溶液增強精子的「活動 力」,可能與促進精子活化有關;而增強精子的「前進活動力」,可能與增加精子細胞膜上 的 ecto-cAMP independent protein kinase 活性有關,均有待進一步證實。 |
英文摘要 | Based on theory of Chinese medicine. the authors examined the essence-strengthening effect of three renowned Hou Xue Hua Yu (i.e.counteracting the stasis and clotting of blood) formulas recorded in the Yi Lin Gai Cuo edited by Wang Qing Ren in the Qing Dynasty on sperm with low levels of motility in vitro. In the present study. 19 semen samples were assessed by the use of computer assisted semen analyzer, which revealed that the range of motility of sperm for each specimen was less than 50%, referring to the criteria of semen analysis adopted by WHO. Semen samples were divided into an experimental and a control group. The former group was treated with solution prepared according to formulas of the Xue Fu Zhu Tu Tang, Ge Xia Zhu Yu Tang, and Shao Fu Zhu Yu Tang; of three different concentrations of 1.0, 0.1, and 0.01mg/ml. Semen samples in the control group were further divided into two sub-groups: semen with F-10 solution, and semen without any herbal medicine. The result showed that solution prepared according to these three formulas exerted a significant essence-strengthening effect on sperm with low levels of motility in vitro, motility such as straightness and path velocity (VAP). In conclusion, hyperactivation of sperm may be associated with the increase in motility induced by the test agents, whilst the increase in forward progression of sperm with low levels of motility may be related to the activation of ecto-cAMP independent protein kinase on the cell membrane of sperm. |
