中文摘要 | 本文針對混成電路開發一個整合性元件擺置系統。本系統能將發熱量較大的電 子元件分散的擺置於基板上,以有效的降低元件的最高溫度及最大的溫度差,從而增進電路 的可靠性;至於發熱量較小的電子元件,則以得到繞線性最佳化的擺置為目標。由於本系統 在擺置階段即兼顧可靠性及繞線性的需求,與傳統僅考慮繞線性的方法(力指向法)得到之 結果相比較,發現本系統可大幅提昇電路的可靠性,而僅稍微影響擺置結果的繞線性。 |
英文摘要 | This paper develops an integrated placement system for hybrid circuits. In the system, the components with a higher heat dissipation rate are evenly distributed, thus both the maximum temperature and the maximum temperature variation on the substrate are reduced. For other components the placement objective is to optimize the wireability. Since the placement system considers both reliability and wireability together, it improves the circuit reliability, and only slightly incrases the total wiring lengths when compared to the force directed placement algorithm. |
