中文摘要 | 本文將探討於高頻 C-Band 下,不同型式設計之高頻平面型濾波器, 其中包含步 階阻抗型濾波器、Richard 轉換及 Kuroda 等式型濾波器、及微帶耦合帶通濾波器等。在高 頻下,各種型式濾波器之集總元件參數將由不同阻抗微帶線所製作、取代。阻抗與導納之轉 換關係所製作微帶線將為 Kuroda 等式設計之濾波器所利用。由微帶線微調及不連續補償結 果得知,本文中所研製之 C-Band 步階阻抗型、Richard 轉換及 Kuroda 等式型及微帶耦合 線等濾波器,其理論及實驗結果得到可接受之驗證。 |
英文摘要 | High-frequency (C-Band) planar microstrip line filter designed with the stepped-impedance implementation, Richard's transformation and Kuroda's identities as well as the microstrip coupled line are studied in this paper. Lumped elements are converted to microstrip line through stepped-impedance implementation. Impedance with admittance invertersis applied with the Kuroda's identities to separate filter elements through using microstrip line fragment. Etching on planar substrate, microstrip line stepped-impedance filter, methodology of Kuroda's identities and coupled line band-pass filter were implemented with tuning technology and discontinuity compensation of microstrip lines. It shows that the designed filters have acceptable agreement between theoretical results and experimental results. |
