英文摘要 | The residual gas saturation is the gas phase trapped in the pore during water influx. The residual gas saturation is an important parmeter for the design of underground gas storage. It is also a key factor to evaluate the recoverable reserve in water-drive gas reservoir. This study modified an existing apparatus to measure the residual gas saturation with waterflooding and imbibition methods on water-wetting cores. The core sample came from the targets of underground gas reservoirs of CPC-C field and T field. The results show the residual gas saturation is 20 to 35% for T field, and 30 to 40% for C field. This experimental study indicates that the residual gas saturation has kind of correlations with the initial gas saturation, porosity and permeability of reservoir rock. Also, it is independent to flodding method and flowing rate. |
