中文摘要 | 本論文旨在研究諧振頻率、質量組合的芒果硬度指數,以迴歸分析建立貯藏期間 彈性模數對時間的衰變模式及推導諧振頻率遞減的數學模式, 利用芒果的硬度指數適用 f �� m p 模式,並與第一共振頻率 (f �� ) 有較大的相關性,預測行銷過程中芒果的硬度和 貯藏日數。將芒果貯藏於適宜的貯藏環境 13 ℃恆溫,相對濕度 88 %的恆溫恆濕箱中,每 天以衝擊槌激振果實,利用加速度計感測頻率響應訊號及 FFT 轉換。 貯藏期間每天量測質 量與頻率的變化,共計量測 12 天,以此數據預測彈性模數對時間的衰變特性等,迴歸分析 得到貯藏期間芒果的彈性模數呈 e 衰變。 |
英文摘要 | This study evaluates the firmness index through some parameters, such as resonant frequency, mass and firmness. The decaying model was established for the elastic modulus vs. time and the derivation of decreasing mathematical model of resonant frequency during storage time by regression analysis method. The f �� m p model can be used as the firmness index for mangoes. The decaying model will be used to evaluate the Mango stiffness and storage time during selling process. Mangoes were stored at a constant temperature (13 ℃ )and relative humidity (RH 88%). Mango was excited three times by the impact hammer each day. Frequency response signal was acquired with accelerometer and then the first resonant frequencies analyzed through FFT method. The changes of mass and frequencies were recorded each day. The total measurements of whole process were 12 days. The better fitted the exponential model of elastic modulus during storage for the mangoes is e. |
