中文摘要 | 在N≦4與ω≧LL之軟弱粘土沈泥及N≦10之鬆砂地盤,及以上兩種土壤之互層地盤 ,在連續壁施工時流入或崩孔,並與連續壁混凝土混合,造成連續壁包泥、混泥、混砂與包 土塊之連鎖性工程災變,本文將連續壁包泥之工地歸類為 A、B、C 與 D 種包泥地盤。擋土 開挖災變時間由實例研判,軟弱粘土沈泥發生隆起破壞時間約為 12 ∼ 13 小時,而砂土發 生流砂破壞時間約為 1 小時。 當連續壁孔洞挖掘時,因軟弱粘土沈泥與鬆砂之流動塌孔時間皆在 24 小時內完成,故本文 建議在連續壁施工前研判基地土質屬於連續壁包泥的地盤時,可將連續壁孔洞挖到底並擱置 24 小時,然後再清孔底,放鋼筋籠與澆注水中混凝土, 如此可避免連續壁包泥之工程災變 。本方法應用在高雄地區三個工地,並得到其良好的驗証。 利用本文方法避免連續壁包泥,再加上連續壁壁體內超音波檢測,則連續壁包泥之災變可被 完全防治。 |
英文摘要 | The softly clay soil or softly silt soil which N≦4 and ω≧LL, and the Loose sand which N ≦ 10, and both soil alternated would flows down and caves to the hole of diaphragm-walls when it was constructed. And to mix together with the diaphragm-wall's concrete. That was the result of diaphragm-walls surrounded soil, and it make a chain of engineering's disasters. This paper classified A, B, C and D four stratums of diaphragm-walls surrounded soil by real excavtion sites. From the examples of excavation disasters, we got the meditation. That the softly clay or silty soil happened heaving-failure's times was 12 ∼ 13 hours, and the sand soil happened piping-failure's times was 1 hour in excavation sites. Because of the softly clay soil or silty soil and Loose sand both flow down and caves times were 24 hours, when diaphragm-walls was constructed. This paper made a suggestion. If we judged the surrounded soil stratum before diaphragm-walls construction, we delayed 24 hours when diaphragm-walls hole was made, than cleans the hole and put down the cage of reinforcement and pours down concrete in diaphragm-walls hole. Then we can avoids the diaphragm-walls surrounded soil. This suggestion we applied in three excavation sites in Kaohsiung and got the nice results. Using this paper suggested methods to avoid diaphragm-walls surrounded soil, and supersonic logging in the diaphragm-walls, then the disasters of diaphragm-walls surrounded soil can be completed protetion. |
