中文摘要 | 在林肯大郡災變之後,順向坡開挖及護坡工程更令人重視,本文就臺北 市內湖附近一處明挖13.8公尺工地施工全程討論順向坡開控工程設計施工 及補救實際案例。文中基地所在地層為中新世石底層之砂頁岩互層,由於現 地岩層位態使基地北側邊坡構成順向坡開挖。原設計採用柔性之擋土結構-- 包含微型樁、岩釘及掛網噴漿系統作為穩定幾近垂直之開挖面,取代以往常 見之重型擋土措施。傾度管、鋼筋應力計、觀測井、建物沈陷點及地面沈陷 點等監測儀器廣佈於開挖坡周圍,以進行安全觀測及設計回饋分析之用。 在最後兩階的開挖過程中,岩層間的風化泥層漸漸出露,並在岩釘插入 邊坡前局部楔形岩塊即已產生變位而致滑落。為了控制已變位之邊坡不再惡 化,現場人員採取了一些緊急應變措施,並依監測資料對原設計進行評估以 作合理之設計及施工修正。 |
英文摘要 | More attention has been paid on dip-slope cutting and engineering after the recent Lincoln County hazard in the hilly suburb of Taipei City, Taiwan. This paper presents a case history of design, construction and remedial measures of a near-vertical 13.8m open-cut slope at Nei-Hu district of northeastern Taipei City. The bedrock of the job site is sandstone and shale interbeds of the Miocene Shihti Formation, which has a dip-slope at the northern side of the site. Some passive retaining structures including micropiles, rock bolts and shotcretes were originally designed to protect the open-cut face during excavation instead of heavy retaining ones. Instruments including inclinometers, rebar strain gauges etc. were installed for the monitoring purpose and back analysis. At the last two stages of excavation, weathered clay seams between the interbeds were unexpectedly exposed and the rock slopie slid before ample insertion of rock bolts. An emergency action was taken to prevent further movement of the slope, and reassessment was made to remedy the nearly failed cut slope. The paper also describes some details of feedback analysis of rock bolts and wedge blocks. |
