中文摘要 | 本研究以食用玉米粉及PVA(聚乙烯醇)為原料,利用4/3/3複因子實驗設計,探 討加工參數(模孔形狀、進料速率及螺軸轉速)之改變,對擠壓產品橫向膨發率、縱向膨發 、假密度、水溶性指標、吸水性指標等理化特性的影響。實驗結果顯示:(1)模孔形狀對 產品橫向膨發率、縱向膨發、假密度與水溶性指標有極顯著的影響。S形產品的橫向膨發 率最大,縱向膨發最小,水溶性指標最大,(2)進料速率增加,橫向膨發率堵加,縱向膨 發及假密度減少。(3)螺軸轉速增加,橫向膨發率增加。(4)在擠壓機的加工變數土,進料 速率對產品特性的影響大於螺軸轉速的影響。 |
英文摘要 | The corn mill and PVA was used as the raw material in a single- screw extruder to study the effects of process variables on the physical and chemical properties. The experiment was a 4 ╳ 3 ╳ 3 factorial design, and the process variables were die shape, feed rate, and screw speed. Sectional expansion ratio, longitudinal expansion, bulk density, water solubility index, and water absorption index were investigated. Results indicated that: (1) Die shape was most influential in sectional expansion ratio, longitudinal expansion, bulk density, and water solubility index. The S-shaped extrudate has the highest cross-section expansion and water solubility index and the lowest longitudinal expansion. (2) Increasing feed rate resulted in an increase of extrudate's sectional expansion ratio, but decrease extrudate's longitudinal expansion, bulk density. (3) The increase of screw speed resulted in increasing extrudate's sectional expansion ratio. (4) Feed rate was more influential than screw speed on extrudate's properties in the process variables of the single-screw extruder. |
