中文摘要 | 雙圓弧齒輪對誤差的敏感度很大,即使是很小的誤差,也會造成機械性能及傳動效率很大 的影響。本文利用嚙合原理,推導出齒面方程式,並討論有製造誤差(如齒廓半徑,螺旋角誤差…… 等)或裝配誤差(如中心距誤差,軸間水平或垂直偏角誤差……等)情況下,齒面方程式的改變, 以建立符合實際嚙合情況的電腦模擬程式,並分析各單一誤差,對齒面接觸點偏移或傳動誤差做一 分析,提出藉設定裝配誤差,以補償製造誤差的方法。 |
英文摘要 | The errors for helical gears with double circular arc teeth profiles are serious problems because the mechanical characteristics and transmission efficiency maybe greatly decrease. Therefore, the study of error's analysis is very important. This thesis derives the equations of the gear tooth surface using the theory of spatial gearing. Moreover, to study the real conditions of two mating surface, the errors of assembly and manufacturing are included. On this condition, the equations of tooth surfaces is derived and a computer program of simulation is made. Finally, according to results of contact points offset and transmission errors caused by single assembly or manufacturing error, this paper proposed a different method to compensate errors. |
