中文摘要 | 本試驗研發之雙面塑膠帶凹洞分離法有助於單一穀粒葉芽線蟲多樣品同時檢查。A. besseyi於水稻感染株生長全程,除了在鞘葉中為內寄生外,其餘時期為外寄生。葉芽線蟲之族群密度在水稻生殖期達最高峰,雄蟲數目於花穗授粉期為雌蟲的1.4倍。水稻白尖病可降低水稻株高、單穗重、及穀粒數; 罹病率於57、34及18%之程度時,減損率分別為 44.9、34.7及24.2%。罹病稻穀收穫後於70 ℃下烘乾12小時,仍有16%A.besseyi 存活,但水稻發芽率降至44%。若以60 ℃處理則有40%葉芽線蟲存活,但不影響發芽率。以歐殺滅殺線蟲劑或溫湯浸種處理稻種有效降低水稻白尖病罹病率並提高產量。施用歐殺滅較有效之時期為苗期至本田期。 |
英文摘要 | Nematode isolation by cavity slide with double faced tape had been developed for single grain and multi-specimen detection. During the whole growth of rice plant, Aphelenchoides besseyi is found feeding endopaiasitically only in coleoptile for 7 to 10 days and ectoparasitically within the innermost leaf sheath all other period. A rapid increase in nematode numbers takes place at late tillering and reach the highest peak associated with the reproductive stage of rice plant growth. Numbers of male of A. besseyi are most abundant at flower fertilization stage, is 1.4 times of female. White tip diseased rice plants have reduced vigour, height, weight of spikelets and number of grains. Yield loss will give rise to 44.9,34.7 and 24.2% when infestative rate is 57, 34 and 18% respectively. 16% of A. besseyi will still survived under 70 ℃ dessicate treatment for 12 hours and the germination of rice seed decreased to 44%. Though we get 40% survived rate of nematode at 60 ℃ instead of 70 ℃ and have no effect on rice seed germination. Pre-soaked with oxamyl and hot water treatment of rice seed effectively reduced the infestation rate of white tip disease and promote the yield. It give benefit of the control of white tip disease with oxamyl apphcation both at seedling and planting during the developmental stage of rice growth. |
