中文摘要 | 本文主要是介紹粘粒修飾電極在化學感測器之應用,我們首度應用以多鐵蒙特石 為主的天然粘粒於分折用途上。研製成功的粘粒修飾電極與粘粒酵素修飾電極,配含電化學 分析技術,可以非常靈敏且選擇性的偵測多種重要生化有機分子,開發化學修飾電極-項新 的研究方向。多鐵蒙特石粘粒修飾電極對農藥殺草劑巴拉刈有極佳的吸附能力,除了可開發 成巴拉刈感測器外,更可利用巴拉刈為電子傳遞物質,來催化雙氧水的還原反應。而利用上述 系統與酵素組合,可進一步發展成葡萄糖感測器,方法是將葡萄糖氧化酵素固定於雙粘粒層 之閒,其結構如同三明治一骰。當葡萄糖經蔔萄糖氧化酵素反應會產生雙氧水,再利用巴拉 刈為電子傅遞物質,於粘粒層間催化雙氧水的還原反應,可得到很靈敏的催化訊號。再者, 發展可以靈敏偵測尿酸與多巴胺的電化學偵測技術,是一個重要的研究方向。我們所研發之 粘粒修飾電極,以電化學預氧化的前處理方式成功解決維生素C干擾的問題。 |
英文摘要 | Clay-modified electrodes have been applied in the fabrication of chemical sensors. Excellent catalytic activity was observed for the electroreduction of hydrogen peroxide by nontronite clay coating on a glassy carbon electrode with incorporated methyl viologen as a mediator. An effective glucose sensor was further created by immobilizing glucose oxidase between two nontronite clay coatings with methyl viologen as mediators. Based on the unique adsorption and regeneration properties of dopamine, glucose oxidase, and nontronite, another glucose sensor was also constructed- A sensitive and selective Nafion/ nontronite-modified electrode was developed for determining paraquat by means of square-wave cathodic stripping voltammetry. Finally, electrochemically pre-anodized clay-modified electrodes were used for the selective detection of uric acid or dopamine, and their practical analytical usefulness was illustrated by selective measurements of uric acid in human urine without ally preliminary treatment. |
