中文摘要 | 為瞭解遺傳及環境對近視起因的影響,由國立台灣大學附設醫院學童視力保健中 心抽樣出總數200個家族進行家族相關性的研究。樣本組成包括188位父親,200位母親及 347位小孩。父母及小孩均接受眼鏡校正後的主觀視力測量,眼睛屈光度則在眼睫狀肌麻痺 劑作用下利用電腦自動驗光儀及網膜鏡測量。角膜弧度及眼軸長分別藉由角膜狐度測定儀及 A-scan超音波測定。資料的獲得經過年齡及性別的調整,並將調整後的數據資料做兩代以 及同代之間相關性的統計分析。結果顯示眼球屈光、角膜狐度及眼軸長的家族相關性可能歸 因於遺傳。子代同輩之間在眼球屈光上比親代與子代之間有較大的相似性可能因於共同的家 族環境影響。所以,遺傳以及環境兩者在近視的起因上均扮演重要的角色。 |
英文摘要 | In order to elucidate the hereditary and environmental influences on the etiology of myopia, a total of 200 families were drawn from the children's Visual Care Center of National Taiwan University Hospital for familial correlation study. The sample comprised of 188 fathers, 200 mothers and 374 children. Both parents and children were examined by subjective visual acuity testing with spectacle correction, refraction errors were determined with an automated refractometer and retinoscope under cycloplegia. The corneal curvature was measured with keratometer and axial length with A-scan ultrasound. The data obtained were adjusted with age and sex, and then analyzed. he values were calculated in simple correlation for parent-offspring and intraclass correlation for sib-sib. The results revealed familial correlations of ocular refraction, corneal curvature and axial length, which could be attributed to heredity. Greater sib-sib then offspring-parent resemblance in ocular refraction may be due to the influence of common familial environments. Thus, both heredity and environment play important roles in the etiology of myopia. |
