英文摘要 | Starch is a traditional adhesive used on corrugator. Though it is only small part, it controls the effiency and adhesion quality of corrugation. During corrugation, the starch passes through application, pasting and adhesion. The transformation is complicated, both physical and chemical. After corrugating, the starch film, between the facial paper and medium, can be devided into four regions with different transformation. Absorption of water and gelatiniztion of starch slurry are major mechanism. Two regions, fillet region and high strength region, are important for adhesion development. Besides such effect, we also describe the transformation within pasting, included penetration green bond and final bond. |
