中文摘要 | 本研究是採用光纖邁克森干涉儀結構為光纖感應器主體,感應光纖部份係繞成圓 柱筒狀再灌入PU膠使成一堅固、耐水壓的聲波感應頭。同時,我們採用FRM(法拉第旋 轉反射鏡)及3X3耦合器於光纖邁克森干涉儀中,經由理論分析證實此種干涉儀架構具有 抗極化狀態褪變的特性,有效地改善了光極化變動造成訊號不穩定的影響。干涉後的訊號使 用對稱式被動解調系統解調,使此光纖水中聽音器的可測訊號頻率達50kHz。完成後的光纖 水中聽音器實際於水槽中量測其靈敏度與方向性,結果顯示在50kHz以下之靈敏度相當平 坦,約為-145.5dB re 1V/μPa,且為一全方向性的聲感應器。 |
英文摘要 | A polarization insensitive fiber optic acoustic sensor was constructed with a 3X3 coupler and Faraday Rotator Mirrors. The sensing head of this acoustic sensor was made of single mode optical fiber wound into a cylindrical type with cast PU rubber as the acoustic window. This sensor head was waterproof without hydrostatic pressure limitation in practical underwater measurement. The sensitivity of this sensor was measured in a water tank. Results showed that this sensor can be used as a high sensitivity, wide band hydrophone with bandwidth extended from 1 kHz to 50 kHz and -145.5 dB re 1V/μPa in sensitivity. |
