中文摘要 | 本文擬就土石流之定義,及導致土石流發生的各項重要因子進行探討,其中包括自然成因:地質、地形和水文等條件,以及人類活動的因子對土石流形成所造成的影響,並依據土石流之各項特性提供有關土石流防治之工法,更進而提出土石流預警系統之概念,秉持『災前預報,災起警戒,災後平安』的避難原則,以期減少生命財產之損失。 |
英文摘要 | In conjunction with the definition of debris flows, this paper intends to investigate the many important elements that contribute to debris flows. These elements include natural causes, such as geological, topographical and hydrological, as well as human causes, e. g. the effect of human activities in land development. In addition, based upon the various characteristics of debris flows, this paper presents solutions to the prevention and treatment of these flows. Finally, the concept of advance warning against debris flow prediction system is proposed. The goal is to reduce the losses of lives and properties by adhering to the principles of "forecast before disaster, alert during disaster and safety after disaster." |
