中文摘要 | 大轉速比齒輪組會在少齒數齒輪上產生過切面,以滾刀正轉位滾削齒輪即可避免 過切面產生。本篇研究主要利用齒輪嚙合原理,使用齒條刀來建立漸開線形轉位齒輪之數學 模式,同時利用所建立之數學模式以切平面的方法,來求取齒輪齒面避免產生過切之條件式 ,來設計齒條刀製造參數以避免在創成齒輪面上產生過切區。文中舉數例說明在不同設計參 數下避免過切的最少齒數,及當過切產生時如何利用過切條件式來計算避免過切的最少轉位 量及轉位係數。 |
英文摘要 | For large speed ratio of gear set, there exists an undercutting on the gear tooth surface with smaller teeth. Based on the theory of gear meshing, a mathematical model of involute gear surface with shifted profile is generated by a rack cutter in this work. According to the mathematical model, a condition of undercutting on gear surface is developed by the tangent plane method. It is used to generate a gear surface with non-undercutting. Some examples are given to determine the minimum teeth to avoid undercutting on various design parameters. When undercutting is occurred, the shifted modification and shifted coefficient are calculated by the condition of undercutting. |
