中文摘要 | 在面齒輪之運轉中,過切與尖角的發生是非常嚴重的問題。依據齒輪理論,面齒 輪齒形和切製之面齒輪齒面規則性的充分必要條件,可進一步研究。 過切與尖角的研究首先由Litvin提出,本文中利用過切與尖角的數值結果,發展出設計圖, 得到面齒輪在不同的齒數、模數、壓力角下,齒面上發生過切與尖角之界線,以提供在設計 和製造時避免過切與尖角之發生。 |
英文摘要 | Undercutting and pointing are serious problems in the performance of face-gears. Based on the theory of gearing, the tooth geometry of the face-gear along with the sufficient and necessary conditions for the existence and regularity of the generated face-gear tooth surfaces were investigated. Undercutting and pointing were initially investigatd by Litvin. In theis paper, numerical results with design charts for avoiding undercutting and pointing of the shaper and generatd face-gear were were further developed. The boundary lines of undercutting and pointing for a number of face-gears under different tooth numbers, modules and pressure angles were established. |
