中文摘要 | 快速發展的工業使得鎳、鋅、鉛、銅、鉻、鎘等重金屬易隨著工業廢水進入土壤環境,而使土壤中不同型態重金屬與土壤溶液中水溶性金屬之間維持一動態平衡狀態。本研究欲進一步探討電鍍工業廢水對土壤重金屬聚積型態與蔬菜生長之影響。以不同濃度之電鍍廢水灌溉於種植及未種植青江白菜之盆栽,並於收穫後測定植體重金屬含量及土壤重金屬型態含量,藉以比較不同灌溉量對重金屬型態含量與植體重金屬濃度的關係。選取彰化縣花壇鄉白沙村之海豐系粘板岩老沖積土為試驗土壤,灌溉電鍍廢水及去離子水之結果顯示,以王水、0.1M HC1及連續萃取方法萃取土壤重金屬含量與植體重金屬濃度之比較,以連續萃取之交換態、碳酸鹽聯結態、鐵錳氧化物結態、有機物聯結態等各型態間含量最能反應青江白菜吸收重金屬的能力,0.1 M HC1萃陀者次之,而王水消化者之相關性不佳。此結果即說明土壤重金屬型態及有效性含量影響蔬菜吸收重金屬能力。 |
英文摘要 | The development of industrialization products the heavy metals such as Ni, Zn, Pb, Cu, Cr and Cd to pentrate easily into soil environment by the industrial waste materials. Different forms of heavy metals maintain circulating equilibrium with diffused metal in the soil solution. Therefore, the purpose of this research was to investigate and discuss the effects of electroplating waste water on the heavy metals accumulated forms in soil system and on the concentration of heavy metals in the vegetable. This study was conducted by supplying different quantities of electroplating waste water into planted and uplanted plots of Chinese mustard under irrigation. After harvest, the concentrations of heavy metals in the vegetable and the contents and forms of heavy metals in the soil were measured to explain the relationships between the former and the latter when supplying different types of water quantities. The soil sampled from Chang-Hua county was one of the slate noncalcareous alluvial soils. The results of correlation comparision was analyzed by applying aquaregia, 0.1M HC1, and sequential extraction procedure to extract the heavy metals left in the soil and the heavy metals contained within the Chinese mustard. Exchangeable form, carbonate bounded form, Fe-Mn oxide bounded form and organic matter bounded form from the sequential extraction procedure were able to respond to the ability of Chinese mustard taking up heavy metals than that extracted by 0.1M HC1, and the last was that extracted by aqua regia. This phenomenon interpreted that the different forms of heavy metal existed in the soil system and its effective content could affect the uptake ability of crops. |
