中文摘要 | 本研究旨利用核能研究所TR30/15中型迴旋加速器建立鎝-95m同位素之產製能力 , 主要工作內容包括:氣冷及水冷式照射靶站設置與金屬�霖o 靶製作, 探討�霖o(p,n) 核反應產生鎝 -95m 最佳照射條件, 建立高溫昇華及吸附層析化學分離程序與設備, 及鎝 -95m 成品核種與化學純度之品管分析方法。實驗顯示利用 0.75 克 96.47% 豊度鉬 -95 為 固體靶在適當照射條件下, 採用昇華分離,每批次可產製 ~5 毫居里�瞬� Tc,其成品液之 高核種純度 (>99%) 及低化學雜質含量 (<5ppm), 極適合鎝核醫藥物標幟研究。 高豊度�� Mo 靶材之回收率 >97%,經氫氧還原成金屬�� Mo 後可再予使用。 |
英文摘要 | This study is aimed to build the capability for the production of �瞬� Tc using a compact cyclotron TR30/15 at INER. The work performed mainly covers:construction of the irradiation setup with He gas and water cooling devices, preparation of �� Mo thick targets, optimization of the irradiation condition for production of �� Tc via �� Mo(p,n) reaction, establishment of the chemical separation processes and equipment for high temperature sublimation and adsorption chromatography, and quality assay of product solutions including radionuclidic purity and chemical impurities. Experimentally, about 5 mCi of �� �� Tc could be obtained per run by sublimation separation with 0.75g of 96.47% enriched �� Mo as a solid target under the proper irradiation conditions. The product solutions with a high radionuclidic purity (>99%) and extremely low chemical impurities (<5 ppm) were suited for Tc-based radiopharmaceutical labelling studies. Target material of enriched �� Mo was recovered with yield of >97% and converted to metal form by H �� reduction for its reusing. |
