中文摘要 | 對於濕砂模造型法而言,造模砂性質的良否是決定澆鑄後鑄件品質的重要因素之一。造 模砂中水與膨土的水合作用能否完全,對其性質良好與否影響頗大;一般,將造模砂經過不同時 效時間的處理及改變混練條件,對於膨土均勻地塗敷在矽砂表面的情況會有所助益。 本研究是將矽砂、膨土、水、添加劑的組成配比固定及擠壓條件(擠壓力為981Kpa,擠壓時 間15秒,單方向擠壓)相同之下,採取不同混練條件及時效時間來探討濕模砂標準試片性質 ( 濕 態壓縮強度、透氣度、壓縮比、模面安定性、剪強度)之變化情形。 實驗結果顯示:(1)不論在何種混練時間(3、13、23 分鐘)下,濕態壓縮強度、模面安定 性及剪強度,均會隨著時效時間的增加而逐漸增大;透氣度則呈遞減之趨勢;而壓縮比則無明顯 之規則變化。(2)經過累積混練與時效之濕模砂,其濕態壓縮強度、透氣度、模面安定性及剪強 度皆比無累積混練之濕模砂來得高,但無累積混練之濕模砂則有較大之壓縮比。(3)濕態壓縮強 度與剪強度之變化趨勢有密切之關係。(4)累積混練時間與時效處理的先後順序對濕態壓縮強度 與剪強度影響很小。 |
英文摘要 | To the Green Sand Molding Process, the properties of molding sand are one of the most important factors affecting the quality of castings after poured. The hydration of water and bentonite will directly affexct the properties of molding sand. Using the molding sand which was treated by different aging time and changing mulling conditions will increase advantage of bentonite uniformly dispered on silica surface. This study was constructed in the condition that silica sand, bentonite, additives and water were at were at fixed composition. The mixing was made under the selection of different mulling conditions, and aging time at fixed squeeze condition (squeeze pressure=981Kpa, squeeze time=15sec, single directional squeeze ) . The objective was to measure the properties (green compressive strength, permeability, compression ratio, surface stability index, shear strength ) of standard test specimen of green sand mold. According to the experiments, results are the following: 1.At each of the mulling times (3,13,23min), as the aging times increases, there exits atrend of increase in green compressive strength, surgace stability index, and shear strength, but a decrease in permeability. However, the compression ratio does not have the distinctness of regular change. 2.By using accumulated mulling and aging of green sand, the properties of green compressive strength, permeability, surface stability, surface stability index, and shear strength are better than that without accumulated mulling, but the latter was with a lower the compression ratio. 3.The developed green compressive strength and shear strength exist a close relation. 4.The sequence of mulling time and aging time causes small effect in green compressive strength and shear strength. |
