中文摘要 | 隨著資訊化快速變遷時代的來臨,管理學亦正面臨著「典範變遷」(paradigm shift)的大趨勢;而其中學習型組織的形成與推擴,更日益受到世人的矚目。 西方管理學家咸認,學習型組織是由組織幫助所有成員學習,讓成員重新創造自我、認知世界,並在組織內由工作中活出生命的意義。本文係從組織文化概念著手,以文獻分析結合「組織系路」的研究途徑,論證組織文化在型塑成員「願景」、建構組織規模、強化工作承諾及促進組織發展等方面的多元功能。經研究結果發現,學習型組織的塑建固以改造組統文化為前提,而組織文化功能對學習型組織亦具有相對性的重要影響。 |
英文摘要 | Following the advent of dramatic change in the age of computerized information, the science of management and expansion of learning-style organization members to learn through the organization. Let the members recreate their egos, recognize the world, and live out of the significance of life through working with their organizations. This paper is intended to explore that on the basis of the concept of organization culture. The study combines the analyses of literature and documents with the approach of "organizational context" to discuss and prove the multifarious functions of organization culture in the aspects of molding the members perspectives, framing the scale of the organization, strengthening the members' working commitments, and improving the organizational development. Through investigating the results of this study, it was found that though the establishment of learning-style organization is the premise of establishing organization culture and, the functions of organization culture, in turn, have relatively important influences on the learning-style organization as well. |
