中文摘要 | 自二十世紀初期開始將纖維膜應用於血液透析治療後,即開創了中空纖維在應用上嶄新的一頁。從最早發明應用於血液透析的的硝化纖維素纖維,接著賽璐玢( Cellophane )、醋酸纖維素、PAN等纖維陸陸續續出現,除了提高有效的中空纖維膜作用面積外,更不斷提高纖維膜的廓清值與通透性、溶質分子的選擇性,生物配合性等,而在透析器方面亦不斷的改良,以期減少透析器設計上的缺陷對血球造成的破壞。本文旨就介紹血液透析的歷史、中空纖維型人工腎臟的功能與中空織維透析器的種類、製造及性能評估。 |
英文摘要 | Since the application of membrane to dialysis in the early 20th century, a new application was created. After the earliest cellulose nitrate, new membrane materials such as cellophane, cellulose acetate, and polyacrylonitrile were developed. In addition to increase the effective membrane surface area, the clearance and permeation, selectivity, and bio-compatibility were continuously improved. The design of hemodialyzer was also improved to reduce the damage to the red blood cells. In this article, we will describe the history of hemodialysis, and the functions, types, manufacturing methods, and performance of hollow fiber artificial kidney. |
